
WMS in Oriflame Poland.
BCS Polska realized for Oriflame Poland project involving the implementation of the radio network and warehouse management system bcsTiger.
Oriflame Cosmetics is an international company engaged in direct sales. The company was founded in Sweden in 1967. Currently operates in 61 countries and sells cosmetics exclusively by consultants. In Poland, the company started operations in April 1991. The company has over 200 outlets (branches, subsidiaries and regional offices) throughout the country.
"We are constantly increasing production and demand for our cosmetics, we called for the need to streamline warehouse processes. In order to carry out the necessary changes to the company hired an experienced BCS Polska, with whom we have cooperated for several years" - said Żaneta Gajek PR & Marketing Manager of Oriflame Poland.
The project consisted of upgrading the IT infrastructure through the installation of wireless network and mobile terminals AP5131 Motorola and Zebra label printers and bar code scanners. To operate these devices installed in the software company's copyright BCS Polska - bcsTiger. This system allows full control of goods in the warehouse, which leads to enhance the work of the warehouse, warehouse operations to shorten the time, to improve their quality and to optimize the management of storage space.
"Oriflame is another major commercial production company, which implemented the system bcsTiger. We believe that cooperation with us will help us significantly streamline the processes taking place in warehouses, and thus, increase customer satisfaction" - said Artur Puciłowski, Account Manager MFG sector of the BCS Polska.
Oriflame plans to implement a system bcsTiger in branch in Katowice.
BCS Poland provided PDAs with accessories for the Customs Chamber in Olsztyn within the tender for the "Modernization of customs clearance systems, modernizing of WiFi networks and IT equipment."
